I have only worked with Dr. McTavous for a short while. After each chat and messaging I feel more confident and in charge of my emotions, decisions, and actions. She has helped me realize how strong my subconscious is and how I can reprogram my thoughts. She is kind, a wonderful listener, and coach. Dr. McTavous has really made my first counseling experience something I look forward to each time we speak.
