Ms. Jackson is very helpful and takes time to actually listen and understand you. She focuses on the client and made it a point to show her genuine concern. She is a great counselor.
I initially had serious doubts about starting counceling at all. Balancing cost with value was always something on my mind. However, after starting with Alicia, I can't imagine how difficult my life would be without her gentle support and encouragement. I was struggling with so many things when I started this process; from job to finances, from intimacy, to health, from depression to indecisiveness. I haven't even been a part of this for month and already I can feel my life changing in huge ways. Thank you so much for always being here for me! You are a real life hero :)
