About Me

My name is Antoinette Collier, Licensed Professional Counselor, also known as, Coach C. Additionally, I' m an Army Veteran. I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am experienced in different treatments including specializing in trauma and substance abuse. Because of my military background, I have gained an appreciation for interaction with people of diverse backgrounds. I prefer Person-centered therapy orientation because I believe a good client-counselor relationship is vital. I do tend to integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques. Self-exploration of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to become self-aware is necessary. I have worked with individuals exhibiting a wide range of diagnoses and challenges. I use psycho-education to incorporate tools that you can utilize to mend disconnections that life can often bring. I will sometimes drive you out your comfort zone, however, I will be compassionate and understanding. My responsibility is to allow you to be heard and understood. The goal is to direct you toward growth so that you can gain clarity and be the best version of yourself.

I look forward to working with you!

-Coach C.
