Welcome! I am happy to help you reach your life goals. I have a M.Ed. degree in counseling with school counselor certification and LPC-S licensure in the state of Texas. I have worked as a therapist for 11 years in private practice and inpatient behavioral health settings as well as school counseling for 15 years. I love working with clients to facilitate positive change and especially when we can include Christian beliefs in that process. My clinical approach combines a mixture of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness. I truly believe God has a plan and purpose for each one of us. I also believe that prayer is essential for walking with God and the Bible nourishes our mind and spirit. I will do my best to help you reach your goals by connecting the counseling process to Biblical principles/scripture and prayer.
Congratulations on reaching out to begin this journey! I look forward to working with you.
