Welcome and thank you for visiting my page!
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology in Indiana, offering services for individuals, couples, and families seeking answers, relief, and growth.
My approach is contemporary and accessible, while still remaining rooted in the highest standards of the field. I build warm professional relationships; customize treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals; and deliver sophisticated interventions in a straightforward manner. I believe that high quality professional help should be available to everyone who needs it and am eager to provide a comfortable and rewarding experience to individuals who are new to therapy.
I trained as a generalist, which means that I am prepared to work flexibly and effectively with people of a wide-range of ages, backgrounds/experiences, and issues/concerns. At the same time, I have particular expertise in working with adults who are struggling to figure out who they are, what they want, and how to be successful and satisfied in their lives and relationships. I have extensive experience working in university and college settings, so I am a good fit for college students who are experiencing academic difficulty or mental health challenges and need professional assistance to both resolve these issues and navigate the university systems and resources that are needed for their success. I am also a good fit for young adults who have started careers after high school and recent college graduates.
It would be my absolute privilege to work with you and help you reach your goals. At the same time, therapy is most effective when there is a good fit and connection between therapist and client. So, trust your instincts when picking a therapist! If you decide to start working with me and decide that we are not a good fit, I will do my best to help you find someone who is so that you get the help, hope, and relief you need as soon as possible.
