About Me

I am a professional counselor from Houston, Texas. I have felt so honored to see my client's reach goals they once thought were impossible. My goal is to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, judgement free, and focused completely on your needs. As a Christian counselor, I believe your faith is an important part of who my clients are. As much as is desired, we can use your faith to navigate whatever difficulties you are facing. My clients include, but are not exclusive to individuals with depression and anxiety, couples, and families. I am currently working on my doctorate and will use those resources in my work with you as well.
My areas of special focus include trust building in marriages, and individuals having difficulty with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I utilize various techniques with the purpose of providing you quality care and attention.
My philosophy is that every client has a strength and solution available for what they are going through. It is important for me to help my clients feel empowered to overcome their present life circumstance. I truly enjoy working with my clients and seeing the immense progress they make.

Thusfar Ashley has been very understanding, supportive, and helpful. I am new to counseling, but I am happy with it so far.
