About me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe that faith and spirituality can be an important part of healing and making meaning in your life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

She's such a wonderful therapist. She's so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. It's very validating having someone like her who makes me feel seen and heard.

I’m grateful for her and her good advice and wisdom

Audra always listens and asks the best questions to get to the heart of what I’m saying or feeling. I hate getting messages from her but only in the best way because I know that whatever she has to say is going to help me face something honest and real and probably hard. But I know that she’s in it with me!

Audra is simply an amazing counselor. I am so very thankful for her kindness, directness, and expertise. She is knowledgeable, and gets back to me very quickly. She has helped me manage my emotions and helped me in my marriage. I love being able to have her to talk to about anything.

Work with me!
