About me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

I just started therapy with Audra’s. She is open to hear my concerns, she is also very knowledgeable and understanding. Audra has an aura that makes me feel calm, like we are close friends. I’ve been in therapy for sometime and non of my previous therapist had made me feel so peaceful after the sessions.
I would recommend her 100%.

Audra has been very helpful with messaging and video calls. I have learned a lot from her and she has given me constant and consistent feed back. It has felt like I have had someone in my corner guiding me in the right direction and out of my fears and anxieties.
