About me

Is you marriage in trouble? Are you missing the intimacy you so desperately desire? Are you feeling lost and looking for direction? Wrestling with depression? No matter where you are, I want to help you take your next steps on your journey.

As a Pennsylvania Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am passionate about helping couples regain their hope, and seeing individuals discover their joy! I am here to listen and care, but most importantly to challenge you on how you can grow. I won't give you the easy answers, and I won't tell you that you can have a new spouse or new life by Friday. I believe that real changes come when we can look in the mirror and see how we need to grow ourselves.

I've worked with couples, individuals and families dealing with many different types of issues. Everything from marital struggles to depression and anxiety. I bring a hopeful, compassionate approach that can incorporate your spiritual journey if that is something that is important to you.

I look forward to working with you.

Excellent couples counselor

This is really the best of both worlds. Flexible online counseling has been great for me. After a tough day, I can just send a note to Bradley at any time. Sometimes the writing alone is enough to make me feel better. If not, I can count on a timely response to open the dialogue. It took some getting used to since one conversation could take a couple days of going back and forth but add in the video conference when we need to schedule and it’s a great remedy in a busy world. It also matches me with a great counselor who may not have been accessible otherwise because of the distance. If he hasn’t heard from me, he always checks in to see how things are going. Sometimes, I need that little push. This model of counseling definitely works for me.

I have so much respect and gratitude for Brad Aldrich. He has good advice for everything and he is always there when I need him. I can confess that one day I really felt at the end of the cliff and I could talk literally to no one and it was then I remembered I can write to Brad and the letter he sent me saved me and gave me so much hope. He calms me down and show me ways that I cannot see in my confusion. And from that day on I started talking to him and he would calm me down and give me good advice, alternatives. Thanks Brad you are the best.

Really thankful to Brad for being a great listener and for sharing his insight relating to my anxiety. It helped me understand and gain clarity on the nature of my anxiety and provided some ways to address them. He suggested good literature that helps in my situation. Truly appreciate the wisdom and support from him.
