About Me

"But when he, the Spirit of Truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak what only what he hears, and will tell you what is yet to come." John 16:13 NIV

Having a God-centered therapeutic relationship is one of the most important steps in order to start the healing process. I provide a warm, safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your burdens and challenges. I will offer prayer and guidance for you. It is my passion and purpose to dig deeper in understanding your burdens and, with the grace of God, bring healing to your afflictions.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss. I've been trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. Oftentimes our traumas stem from experiences that happened in our childhoods and we continue on with our lives never really dealing with those experiences. Let me help you bring healing to those wounds.

Brittany has really helped me navigate through a very difficult time in my life. I appreciate that she really listens, gives good advice and prays for me after our video calls. She is approachable and maintains a nonjudgmental attitude. I do believe God sent her into my life just when I needed her help the most.
