I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with nearly a decade of experience working in various settings to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I offer a person-centered approach while utilizing a variety of techniques to treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem and confidence issues, conflict resolution, anger management, and more. I believe in addressing the person as a whole by utilizing your strengths to overcome your struggles. I work with individuals to help resolve issues within themselves and to secure their relationships, first with themselves and then with others. My goal is to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and assist you with creating your best self, individually and relationally.
I have also seen the power of God firsthand and can personally attest to how faith can assist with overcoming some of life's hardest challenges. I believe it is through the activation of that faith through prayer and the application of wisdom, guidance, and wise counsel that we are able to make progress towards improving our spiritual and emotional health.
