I offer a person-centered approach while utilizing a variety of techniques to treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem and confidence issues, conflict resolution, anger management, and more.
I believe in addressing the person as a whole by utilizing your strengths to overcome your struggles. I work with individuals to help resolve issues within themselves and to secure their relationships, first with themselves and then with others. Caressa is an incredible listener, which I really appreciate. She is patient and asks great questions that help to reveal/uncover thought patterns that I did not even realize were there. I totally recommend her. She also gave practical advice and some assignments that were helpful to practice on my own time.
