Carly Palady

About Me

I've been working as a Christian coach, consultant and counselor for over a decade, and in therapy licensed for approximately three years. My goals are my patient's goals: it's an honor to be able to accompany someone on their path towards healing, whether it's from childhood trauma, military trauma and experiences, anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, and work-related overwhelm/burnout, and I feel that Jesus is the best 'other' therapist in the room. Our best work is done with Him at the helm.

I am here to be a part of your healing process in growing more into the person God is molding you to be. I'm the kind of therapist that wants my clients to one day no longer need to come weekly or biweekly, because they are finally in a stride on their path that encourages them. We were made to have deep, purposeful impact in this world. I did not grow-up a Christian, rather my life was radically changes when I was 18-years-old through theological research and being introduced to Jesus by a friend experienced in apologetics. Since then how life was and is now, is marked by that one day. With God, all things ARE possible, and he carries us when we can't walk ourselves. He is the ultimate healer, and it would be an honor to join you on your journey!

My primary clients are women and men ages 12-65, dealing with childhood, familial and military traumas, anxiety and depression related to work and family issues, and those feeling like they've been stuck on a hamster wheel for years, and just finally "want to feel better. Want to get off the wheel."

I am a Gottman-trained therapist, and a facilitator of the SYMBIS pre-marital program and marriage assessment program for couples. I practice as a non-denominational Christian, and I enjoy working in my church throughout the week.

I have enjoyed the sessions I have had with Carly so far. She is very responsive and insightful, as well as empathetic and attentive. I appreciate her honesty about her own experiences, and I feel she really can relate to and understand what I’m going through. Looking forward to going deeper in my journey toward healing and self-knowledge, and I am thankful to have Carly to help guide me on that journey!

I have been impressed with Carly's sensitivity, compassion and insight during our counseling sessions. She has the courage to say what needs to said, even if it's hard and there may be a fear of it not being well received. I appreciate that kind of honesty! She has helped me tremendously and I thank God for her ministry.
