If you work with me, I can help you with these and similar issues.

My name is Carolyn and I am a Christian. I have worked in ministry as a co-pastor and bible teacher for over 10 years. I am a licensed and trained counselor with over 15 years of experience. I am passionate about helping people. I have counseled both men and women who have experienced some of the same issues that you described. To put your mind at ease, I will share with you some basic information about myself. I graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a MA Degree in Counseling. I spent many years building a successful non-profit business and a private practice. I have two adult daughters and grandchildren.

I am always sharpening my skills by attending training and conferences. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of the people who cross my path. Often, we carry burdens that can be lightened by simply sharing those feelings with a trained professional.

My counseling approach is client-centered. I use Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you find answers.

I believe that I can help you get through this difficult time. You will find that I am a good listener. I also recognize that we all experience tough times in our lives and need a caring person to talk to. I genuinely care. How can I help you?

Carolyn is kind, patient, and incredibly skilled in the way she offers advice and support. She has given me applicable tools that I can use in my everyday life, even after I finish my time with her. She truly wants to help you and equip you with things that will help you in the long term, and things you can incorporate into your life yourself. My faith is also a huge part of my life and I loved how she offered biblically-based advice and offered faith-based tools to use.
