Welcome! The fact that you are looking for a therapist to work with tells me that you are wanting to make some changes in your life. I am here to help you take the necessary steps for a brighter future for yourself and your loved ones. I work with individuals, couples, families, adults and teenagers regarding issues such as trauma, grief, loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, life transitions, and attachment disorders. I specialize in treating couples, including couples and partners whose relationships have been ruptured by sexual addiction and trauma. I also facilitate confidential men and women's therapy groups.
I began working in mental health 14 years ago. I have years of experience working in sexual addiction recovery & healing work for addict and partners, couples therapy and behavioral intervention programs. I utilize a client-based approach to treatment, which leads to goal-oriented, interactive, task-centered and strengths-based therapy.
I am an ASAT (Associate Sexual Addiction Therapist) and offer highly skilled treatment interventions for addicts and partners. I also use EFT & Gottman therapy when working with Couples.
Working with my Christian Clients, I have some who want to infuse scriptures into our sessions, meditate and pray with me. Others clients who need a safe place to share their pain, sadness and sometimes anger with God. I will follow your lead and integrate as much spiritual connection as you would like.
Sometimes acknowledging anger and pain is the only way to allow the healing in. I am a values affirming counselor that can create a safe place to do all this and more. I offer a non-shaming environment to accomplish what you need. Let me help you on your journey. You don't need to do this alone. Feel free to reach out.

Chelsea is great! I almost consider her a friend and we just met! She seems to click with me and I feel more calm and at ease after our sessions. I struggle so much but she really encourages me to keep moving forward. I love her!
From the first "hello" I knew that Chelsea would be a wonderful person to talk to. She has a lot of experience and is equipped with many tools to assist her clients. I'm learning that counseling used in conjunction with my medical doctors is just another professional resource to use to try and get my whole self healthy.
