Christine Mezza

About Me

I am blessed to have been raised in a Christian home, and recommitted my life to Jesus Christ as an adult. My relationship with Christ is at the core of my being, and it influences the way I live my life, interact with others, and counsel people. I am so thankful for the infinite love and grace that out Heavenly Father has for us all, and my goal is to assist others in realizing and accepting these gifts. While being a Christian does not promise us an easy life, I believe that Jesus goes through our trials and pain with us, and that we can draw on His strength during our trials.
I specialize in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and adjustment issues. I combine Christian principles and psychotherapy techniques from various systems of psychotherapy, to help my clients.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

I have seen therapists on and off all my life and never felt like someone really understood what was going on with me until Christine. I think she really listens and has the intuition and knowledge I need to work through my issues.

Christine is wonderful! She is respectful and patient and does not judge. I have absolutely no negative things to say, what she does is wonderful and I hope she knows she is a beam of light and hope in a sometimes dark world. I am grateful I found her.
