I just want to say that Ms. Moore was exactly what the DOCTOR ordered. She is raw, honest, and doesn't beat around the bush. I love her straight talk, and the way she embodies her own cultural heritage to convey timeless wisdom. Talking to Ms. Moore was like talking to family. I often felt like we were talking over coffee at the kitchen table, and she would always impart wisdom and encouragement. No matter how negative or hopeless I was when I came to the table, she never invalidated me. She honored my pain and encouraged me to continue to be a warrior. I can't thank her enough, or say enough good about the treasure that her encouragement is. She has worked in the trenches, so her experiences made her compassionate and understanding.
