I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience working in private practice and as a school counselor. So far I have found the online experience with David very positive. I feel he has been very responsive considering our time difference. And I feel comfortable to share with him. One thing I feel I may need is some video/phone calls which may not be too easy to organize with him as it seems he has another job and a family to look after. I do like the messages as it gives you a change to write, read and think. But I also feel that face to face and in the moment chatting fluently would be very helpful. I believe David is a fantastic counselor, I wish I could connect with him more.

On all but one occasion he has returned my correspondence in a timely manner, and on that occasion he explained the delay to my utmost satisfaction. It was difficult to obtain his counsel from BetterHelp but I am SO GLAD I persisted! His style is personal and caring and he incorporates his Christian faith into the advice he offers.
