David has been integral in my understanding of the difficulties I’ve been facing. Getting through the absolute most difficult time of my life this year, I was failing to manage my emotions on my own but with David’s help I feel optimistic for the future and have grown stronger with him as my therapist. Our sessions are based in faith and he does a great job keeping scripture close by to reference to help me overcome the challenges laid before me. This is my only experience with therapy and am so thankful the BetterHelp team took the time to analyze my case and pair me with David, no doubt he was my best option!
