Debra Wright, LCSW

Debra is the best therapist I've ever had! In the last two years she's helped me go from an extremely anxious workaholic to an actual functional adult with work life balance. She's helped me face so many challenges and problems in every facet of my life, and I'm so grateful!

Debra is hands down the best therapist I’ve had. She has always been friendly yet professional, approaching each challenge with empathy and support. Debra has helped me in so many ways in all areas of my life. She’s given me the tools to work through my anxiety, to put in place necessary boundaries, learn how to trust again and to love myself. I joked many times that she’d helped me without me even realising and provided me with skills and methods to cope, her allowing me to lead the sessions, listening but also offering advice in the most authentic way. I truly will miss our sessions and feel that I wouldn’t be where I am today without her, but am so optimistic for my future.

Best therapist I have had, very skilled with a large area of knowledge and able to support with almost all of my needs, a very human therapist, I have had therapists before who seemed robotic or too disconnected, Debra manages to be fully onboard with the problems and pain of the client without letting that pain affect her, and if ever there are issues she is always upfront and honest about them.
