About me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I’ve been helping people for over 20 years find solutions to challenges and issues they are experiencing. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and spiritual issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy; while including an array of other therapeutic modalities to help the individual accomplish their goals. Together we discover underline influences for concerns and collaboratively work towards achieving our mission. In addition to my education and training as a therapist, I am also an ordained minister and use Biblical principles as a basis for my counseling. Life experiences can take a heavy toll on our perspective and behavior. We are more than just mind and body. We are also spirit, and how we understand and relate with our spirit to God is a critical part of our lives. Together, we can work towards a relationship with God based on Biblical principles that can bring peace, joy, and love into your daily experience.
