About Me

My approach in providing mental healthcare incorporates the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as evidenced-based methods. I have a Master of Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing since 2011. I have experience in working with adults and children with a history of inpatient/outpatient mental health treatment, substance abuse, and crisis management. I have also worked alongside families and children in the building relationships based on Christian faith-based values.
