One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want of of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. Sometimes all it takes is for you to feel heard, understood, and to feel validated. My primary focus is treating people with a Person Centered approach, meaning I take direction from my client and follow your lead. I am skilled in Acceptance and Expressive Therapies as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and often times in my young adult life, had so many questions about my religion and often a lot of guilt as well. After feeling as though I had suffered enough and hit bottom, I sought help. It was the best decision I could have ever made and it changed my life. Had it not been for God's direction, I would not be where I am today.

Elisabeth was very helpful. I am very new to this and I’ve had one session with her, and then was much less anxious for two or three days. She’s giving me some tools that I’m working on and checks on me over the holidays. I will be having another session this week and I’m really looking forward to it.
