About Me

HI! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in Missouri, Indiana and Arkansas. I have over 7 years of experience in counseling and over 3 years of tele-health counseling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and a wide range of other issues. I believe counseling and spirituality should work together to help a person achieve their goals.
I have a eclectic style of counseling and believe the most important aspect is the therapeutic relationship. I strive to develop a collaborative process with clients because the process of therapy is just that....a process. We do it together. I am not the expert on your life, you are. I truly believe that everyone can learn to be healthier and happier but we are often not taught skills to do so.
My final thought on being a counselor: being invited into someone's life when things are going well is awesome We all love weddings, new babies, new careers, etc. but being invited into someone's life when things are hard and scary and they just are tying a rope and holding on, shouldn't just be a job, it should be an honor.

Elizabeth is down to earth, approachable, totally non-judgemental; supportive, encouraging; no hint of being patronizing or “mightier than thou”. Very easy to talk to; good sense of wry humor. Transparent, laughs at herself. Would highly recommend to anyone serious about working with someone to work through life issues in the best ways possible with the best possible outcome. I’m very glad I was assigned to her.
