Ellen helped me confront the things that were holding me back and made me feel supported the whole way through. I can't say enough good things about her.

Ellen has changed my life. She is so in tune with what is helpful for me, what is the best way to communicate ideas with me, and to reflect back what I tell her. She has changed my way of thinking and helped me to learn so much about myself that I would have never discovered alone or likely with anyone else!

Ellen is fantastic. She really listens. I know that sounds funny but she creates a type of space that I can be open and honest. Her ability to speak the truth in love is great. I do wish for 2 things, her environment to be a little warmer and her angle of the camera. White wall is not as inviting. Maybe something that shows more of her personality. Painting on the wall or something. More light in the space. :) Second, 30 minutes is WAY too short. I wish we were able to select longer times. Other than that Ellen is a joy. I am so thankful for her. She has been a much needed sounding board in my life during this season.
