About me

I enjoy meeting with people and finding out about their lives, specifically what went into making them the people they are today. Since we are all products of our genetics, the environment in which we grew up, experiences we had or didn't have, it's a pleasure to walk along side someone as they fit those puzzle pieces together and have a greater understanding of who they are. This in turn helps them understand why they feel the way they do or where some of their behaviors might come from. It's a joy to see them grow.

I am a person of faith, and if the client so desires, am very comfortable with having faith issues being a part of the counseling experience. Whatever those issues might include, I am happy to provide a safe venue to sort through those kind of concerns.

Erin is compassionate, thoughtful and responds in a timely manner. I feel she really "hears" me and so very grateful for that . She recommends podcasts, assessments, videos and reading material that help with the process. She holds your heart in a sacred place and that is a gift not everyone can give.

My sessions with Erin have been very helpful. She is not only an amazing listener, but she is also amazing at putting things into perspective by relating the struggles I am experiencing with daily life occurrences. I also appreciate how she takes the time to answer all of my questions, and explain everything. This is the first time I have felt that a counselor genuine cares for my mental health, and like someone is rooting for me and believes in my ability to overcome my hardships.
