About Me

I am a faith-based Licensed Professional Counselor, with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy that works with Individuals, couples and families by processing mental health challenges. When working with clients a priority is to help you overcome mental health challenges that impact your life and closets relationships. A benefit to you as a client is that you will gain an understanding of your mental health challenges and learn coping skills that helps to improve life.

The focus of my work as a therapist is to equip clients with effective coping skills, including those biblical principles, and scriptures that will assist with change. My experience covers a wide array of areas such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, career transitions, family, couples and relationship matters, divorce, single parenting, women's, low self-image, and Veteran issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as advocate for wellness, my academic and professional life has been dedicated to promoting wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling as well as M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.

My personal and professional experience, years of study, and Christian faith have strengthened my dedication to encourage, motivate and inspire you into your desired level of change. Allow me the honor and privilege to help you with living life by design and not default.
