About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 13 years of experience working as a clinician. I have worked with people of all ages throughout my career with a wide range of concerns including body and gender issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family problems, education challenges, and behavioral challenges.
I have also helped many who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe everyone is entitled to understanding, and patience. My approach is eclectic with a focus on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and client-centered therapies. I also integrate spiritual and faith-based beliefs and principles into the therapeutic relationship. Treatment will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to look for a counselor and do the emotional work required for a more fulfilling and happier life. You have taken that first step toward healing. I am here to support and help!

I look forward to working with you!

Fidji has been an excellent counselor. It is obvious to me that she actually listens. She is compassionate and honest and has given me a different perspective on the matters I shared with her.
