Well Hello, and welcome to my info page!

I have been counseling since 2014. Over the years I have worked with literally hundreds of clients with a multitude of different stories, issues, and hurdles. And most likely I can help you as well.

I work with my clients to help them overcome whatever is keeping them stuck. This could be depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, difficulties communicating with a coparent or a family member, a committed relationship that is falling apart, gender dysphoria, sex issues, or addiction. Literally anything you are experiencing I most likely have seen it before and will be able to help.

Walt Whitman once said, “Be curious, not judgmental” and that is a philosophy I take into my counseling. My role is not to judge where you are at, but to give you a second set of eyes that can examine what is going on, what needs to change and offer suggestions. Using cognitive behavioral therapy as well as other modalities we will examine what is not working, process through any emotions you may be feeling and then start building new habits and ways of viewing the world that can help you get unstuck and start living the life you want.
