Gaylin is a huge support and has been helping unravel a lifetime of untruths/ negative thought patterns into truths and more productive ways of thinking. She has helped so much and is a good teacher and listener. I would 10/10 recommend using her to get through a hardship or tough experience, she gives you the tools and let’s you know you aren’t alone.
Gay has helped me so much work through a transitional time and helped me build up the coping mechanisms I needed for a sudden and unexpected transition. I am confident that I will succeed in this next phase of my life. She stayed focused on my goals and encouraged me to grow with the right boundaries in place. She is a great listener and I would definitely recommend her services.
