Geraldine Alexis

About Me

Hi... my name is Geraldine Alexis. I was born and reared in Omaha, Nebraska. I have been afforded the opportunity to work with indigence, low income individuals, and minorities to assist them in rebuilding their lives. Recently, I was a Military and Family Life Counselor where I traveled to different installations to counsel service members enlisted in the Army, Air Force and Marines, and their families. In addition, I volunteered my services as a presenter to provide self-help information in the church arena which equipped me with the skill set needed to foster healing and growth among a diverse group of people. Which, in turn, assisted individuals in working towards living their “best life.”

I hold licenses as a LIMHP, LPC, LPCC and LCPC.I attained a Master of Science in Agency Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. My additional education beyond a master’s degree comprises of taking courses at Grace University, gaining Elementary and Secondary School Guidance Counselor endorsements from Creighton University coupled with two years of law school with Concord Law School. Recently, I completed my Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counseling coursework at Bellevue University.

I really enjoyed Geraldine ! If I need a counselor again I will ask for her! She listened well and came up with good goals for me to work on ... we read some scriptures too . We read about forgiveness etc..

I appreciate her being honest and real with me because that is what I need right now
