About Me

I believe that Christian counseling can enhance the faith of healthy people who are taking time to honestly explore and address our thoughts, feelings, and challenges in life.
Every tradition of faith and culture incorporates and encourages its members to seek wise counseling. Counseling can is not only encouraged as a last resort for overwhelming problems in life but as a tool to help us find meaning and direction in life.
Counseling helps us to live with enthusiasm and zeal that increases the joy of being alive. Th nucleus of my approach to therapy is fostering an honest, trusting, and meaningful relationship.
A healthy therapy relationship opens our eyes to experience life in new and impactful ways. Using a spiritually-informed approach, I integrate several traditional theoretical approaches such as client-centered, CBT, positive psychology, forgiveness therapy, DBT, solution-focused therapy, among others.
