My intention is to support clients grow personally, emotionally, professionally, and in their relationships.
People grow at their own pace, but it is my experience that with seeking God by his word, in prayer, in faith and counseling, personal evolution can happen more quickly. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Life Coach, my background is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness, behavioral changes, emotional regulation and finding solutions. As a born again Christian for more than 20 years, overcoming many life trials by faith, and with the support of various Christian Ministries, I have developed understanding of activating God's word in our lives to overcome adverse situations to include battles against principalities of darkness.
My practice is built on positive psychology, cognitive behavioral theory, and emotional intelligence, and I incorporate scripture and faith based practices to my client's comfort level. It is my pleasure to join with clients for however brief or long. Sometimes in entering a therapeutic relationship we are not sure where to begin. I work with you to determine areas to work on and how to achieve positive growth and increased faith. Together we partner for improvement by setting goals for change. We develop understanding for accessing Gods power in our lives, so that by prayer and faith we partner with God to live in his purpose and glory. My aim is for you to feel safe and supported to discuss personal challenges and struggles while keeping hope for positive change.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Heather Pantalone. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.
I feel very comfortable speaking with Heather each time we meet. She is highly professional, yet also personable. I highly recommend her.
