About Me

I understand and believe that it takes a strong person to seek assistance when needed. I also know that sometimes seeking counseling can be seen as a lack of faith by some people in the church. In therapy I enjoy helping others become the best versions of themselves. I am Pentecostal Apostolic but by no means do I attempt to sway anyone's spiritual belief system. I just love the Lord and I am willing to talk about Him as much or as little as clients feel comfortable in session.
I am a mother of 4 adult children. I have over 13 years of experience working with older and younger adults addressing a wide variety of issues. One of my passions is helping people learn, grow and heal through trauma and depression / depressive thoughts.
I am easy to talk to and enjoy being part of the change process. My style is warm, respectful and compassionate. I work to build a good working relationship and truly care about the issues and stories each individual presents to me. I am honest and open with others and enjoy sharing a frank and honest perspective on issues. I look forward to working with you.
