I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology at Southeastern University which is an Assemblies of God affiliated school and went on to earn a Master's of Art in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. My clinical experience has involved working with clients from all backgrounds and ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical training included working with clients to resolve subjects such as depression, traumas, abuse, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
I believe it is important to meet my clients where they are at and provide them with the support, empathy, and compassion needed to reach their goals. Each client is different and thus it is important that each session be tailored to the specific needs of the client so that he/she can feel comfortable and work towards understanding himself/herself today in order to reach a brighter future tomorrow. I am passionate in helping my clients understand and overcome any issues in their lives, both past and present. My therapeutic approach blends person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral treatments and techniques to help my clients reach their goals.
I look forward to working with you!

I absolutely love working with Jaclyn! She is so genuine and kind. You can tell she really listens and deeply cares about her clients. Jaclyn has been extremely helpful in the time I’ve known her and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great therapist.
Jaclyn is exceptional. I was a little nervous switching counselors, but I’m glad I did. She understands exactly what I need in the moment, even if it’s challenging my current way of thinking. She gets my references (I use pop culture as a kind of jumping off point) and is open to going the extra mile to get the references she doesn’t quite understand. She’s very patient, and I would recommend her any day of the week
Jaclyn has helped me in so many ways in just such a short time! It's been one bad event after another and she has been there for me every step of the way.
