Psalms 121:1-3 - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; he that keepeth thee will not slumber. My faith and relationship with God has guided me through so of the most difficult times throughout the course of my life and I believe that counseling is most effective when you have a support network that includes your spiritual beliefs . Faith is essential when we are going through the most difficult times in our lives because without it we would perish.
