About me
I has been counseling individuals and couples since July 2007 while serving as a pastor and spiritual leader. My desire to help people led to me completing my MA in counseling from Midwestern Baptist Seminary and have been working as a professional counselor since August 2018. I am currently working towards completing my Doctorate in professional counseling from Mississippi College and anticipates graduation in the Summer of 2021.
My approach to counseling is holistic in nature and I believe in counseling the “whole” individual (thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and social considerations). I use an integrative design of various counseling theories that utilizes a broad array of both evidence-based and protocol-driven interventions which has shown positive outcomes for individuals and couples struggling with life issues.
As a pastor and a professional counselor, I understand the hesitation that some may have in seeking professional help with regard to their beliefs. I utilize an approach which seeks to incorporate cherished beliefs and therapeutic approaches which not only have been proven to provide improved outcomes, but also do not violate deeply held convictions.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Jason Reasor. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.
He listens and is very understanding and is not afraid to tell you what you need to hear
Dr. Reasor has been very sensitive to all my issues. He truly is thoughtful and listens to the issues I have before he responds. He listens to receive then gives very thoughtful and relatable examples of how I can help change myself for better. God bless him.
