Jessica is very attentive and professional. She listens to me and comes from a place of understanding and care and I really appreciate the work that she does.
I have greatly benefited from my time with Jessica. She listened carefully to the things I shared with her and sent me exercises to do that helped me work through my problems. I like the questions she posed that made me stop and look at my issues in a different way. That really helped me to understand my situation and to be able to start working through things. She was very accommodating with scheduling as well. I am very happy that I decided to give online counseling a try and that I was connected with Jessica.
