About Me

Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to individuals and families since 2013 in the state of Florida. I have experience working with clients dealing with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, and ADHD. I have worked with clients that are experiencing struggles with life transitions, relationship issues, and parenting obstacles. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

I use a client-centered approach to therapy that utilizes a variety of techniques including but not limited to psychotherapy (talk therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. Together we identify your goals in a supportive environment.
