Hello, my name is Jono. I am an individual and family psychotherapist.
Thank you for your courage and trust in coming and allow me to understand what you have been going through and your present concerns.
For all of us, life can sometimes be difficult when we are faced with all sorts of challenges. When things don't go well, it is natural and normal for us to feel stressed, defeated, discouraged and disturbed. The feelings of depression, anxiety, loss, desperation and helplessness can make us feel isolated and hopeless. Often our problems appear to be never-ending and we lose sight of who we are and the strengths that are within us. Having recovered from depression myself and being a psychotherapist, I understand what it means to feel exhausted and overwhelmed by these conditions. It has always been my passion and desire to walk with folks who are going through a difficult time and be a partner in your life journey. If part of the human experience is about going through this valley, no one should be walking alone.
Having graduated from University of Washington with Master of Social Work, I have over 10 years of experience working with children, couples, adults and families from all walks of life. I have partnered with many clients with a wide range of concerns including chronic depression, severe anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, substance abuse issues, various addictions, family problems, adjustment stress, personality disorders, OCD and ADHD.
Meanwhile my Christian faith is the reason why I chose this work. Just as how Christ walked with those who were sufferings, I also share this same passion to be with those who are suffering and together discover peace and comfort.
My specialty utilizes a whole-person strength-based approach where your dignity, empowerment and comfort are my top priorities. When we meet, I will dedicate all of my attention and presence to be with you and listen to your words and accept all of your feelings. I will be your partner in this journey and tailor our dialog to meet your unique and specific needs. I will provide effective tools to help eliminate symptoms and maximize healing. Together we will re-discover our strengths to solve problems, find support, be empowered and take back what was lost during these times: Comfort, Confidence, Imagination and Hope.
Some of the therapy modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Understanding and changing relationships between thoughts, feelings and behaviors), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Learning to make room for uncomfortable feelings and defuse thoughts, while commit to actions and values that are important to you), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy (Developing awareness on potential issues that are consciously unknown), Solution Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention.
Thank you again for taking your time to read these words and sharing your courage with me by letting me work with you.
May you be happy.
May you be well.
May you be safe.
May you be peaceful and at ease.
May the peace of our Lord and the love of Christ be with you,
- Stress, Anxiety
- Family conflicts
- Self esteem
- Coping with life changes

Jono is a great listener and genuinely seeks to help people overcome the things they are working through. I have been able to work through things that happened when I was a kid all the way to adulthood/the present (which has been a lot) because of his expertise and great resources. I have learned so much and have so many resources and knowledge to continue to work on these things in my day to day life. He has helped me heal from so much and I am eternally grateful. Highly recommend.
I've been working with Jono for about 2 years now, and I truly can see a difference. I've come a long way from where I used to be: struggling with depression and anxiety, and suffering through multiple major panic attacks every other day. I can't stress enough how therapy has helped me on my journey of recovery.
Jono has helped me so much with my transition from Montana to Washington. I had to start a new job in a brand new state, and I was very stressed. I have suffered from add and anxiety for over 10 years now. Jono helped me to learn to make room to feel these feelings without shame or fear. He also taught me tools to overcome times where I had heightened stress and anxiety. The other lesson that I learned is to be kind to myself. I can honestly say that my symptoms have lightened and I feel more confident after just 3 short months. Thank you Mr. Lee for everything!
Jono quickly got to the heart of my issue when we engaged in counseling. He contacts me and checks up on me frequently via messages. Initially, I was not certain about an online counseling service, but after my experience with Jono I cannot recommend it enough. Instead of just one session per week where I would have only half an hour to talk through issues, Jono is there checking up on me virtually through messages asking how I’m doing. I don’t have to wait days or a week or weeks to work through an issue. I typically hear back in 24 hours or less. He helped me to restore so much of my well-being. I highly recommend Jono to anyone who needs help improving or getting through tough situations in life. He has helped me with both.
Jono has and is helping me immensely. He is encouraging and I have practice sheets that are very helpful so that I can discover why I think a certain way. Very helpful and insightful. Would recommend him highly.
Mr. Jono - He is my counselor he was very helpful to me he is always there when I needed someone to listen to me. Also I'm thankful to God that He gave me strength to find someone who can be there in the midst of difficulties I've experience in my life. Mr. Jono is approachable and sincere counselor I'm thankful to Him for helping me to recover.
He is so sincere, respectful, insightful, and seemed to be my friend right away. I knew God was putting him there to help me in my heaviness and despair. When a counselor points you to the One who can heal. Well I say well done, well done!
His responses are always prompt and thoughtful. He truly seeks to listen and understand what is going on, I know he cares to help.
I've tried other counseling that had to be carefully scheduled. Faithful Counseling and my counselor provides me the opportunity to be in constant contact rather than having to wait for my next visit to a scheduled session. I can deal with a problem and begin working on it immediately. This is active and interactive. I appreciate that.
Jono Lee, is excellent! He really listens to your problems, tries to understand them and find the root to them. Jono gives amazing, thought provoking advice that has completely changed my view on life. I've come to realize that I am able to live a happy life and that I can tackle the problems life has thrown at me.
Jono Lee has great life examples that help me understand concepts clearly! He is very patient and always checks up on me to see how I am doing! I would definitely recommend Jono to my family and friends!
Jono is very kind and compassionate! He has awakened my thinking and given me some resources that are very helpful right now. I look forward to more time spent together!
Jono Lee is very insightful, wise and caring. I would highly recommend him for counseling to anyone.
I was privileged to have several weeks of communication with Jono Lee. During that time, I was able to air and examine my issues that brought me here. Mr. Lee was very patient, listened well to my concerns and gave me excellent tools to use in beginning my journey back to health and happiness. Thank you Mr Lee!
