About Me

If you're feeling lost and unable to fill that "hole in the soul" sense of meaning and purpose, if you're using drugs or alcohol to numb the pain or just can't find your peace of mind and sense of belonging, you may be comforted by spiritual counseling that is based on a relationship with God. My approach is non-denominational but includes the teachings of Jesus' wisdom - and finding the kingdom of heaven that is within. For support with an open mind and deep reverence for the divine loving essence that is the force within each of us, I assist clients through the practices of spiritual psychology to deeply relate to your Soul-essence and find self-forgiveness and connection with your own inner Divine Wisdom.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Master of Science in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology. I have 7 years of experience in addiction counseling, family grief counseling and I support my clients to gain insight, strength and a greater sense of self-compassion and well-being.
I use a holistic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and communication skills to heal relationships and change addictive behavior. My techniques include physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practices to assist you in a deep practice of communion with God.

I love Joy. She is my best therapist I've accomplished so much in a short time.
