Hello! My name is Kayla Hoffman and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri for 8 years. I received my Master of Social Work from Washburn University in Kansas. I have an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I have had the opportunity to counsel different individuals and families during my career in a retirement facility and elementary school as well as internships as a court advocate (domestic abuse) and hospital social worker. This has given me the opportunity to work with parents, children, caregivers and also older adults focusing on difficulty with transitions, parenting, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, those caring for aging parents, grief, loss and varying family dynamics.
