Kendale has been very helpful in helping me identify the core lies, issues, and struggles. She encourages me to work through the hard stuff and provides me with great exercises and resources to help me with the healing process.

I really do enjoy our sessions together. I feel like she’s the perfect match for me. I feel very comfortable being open and honest with her. This new experience has opened my eyes a lot already after only three sessions. I’m very glad I took a faith step in starting my healing journey. I can see things only getting better for my mental health. Very pleased!
