I will use my clinical skills and resources to help you reach the goals that you have for therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience, I have cultivated effective clinical skills that yield healing, personal growth, and positive change. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP) which means that I can help address needs by incorporating other aspects of wellness. I am trained in the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. I am also trained in trauma-based therapy. I enjoy meeting people at their point of need. I am committed to being genuine and supportive. I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, such as, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
