Kerri Wenner

(LCSW)

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 8+ years of clinical practice. I hold a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Psychology and Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. I have worked with a variety of clients yielding experience in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, substance abuse, ADHD, and other levels of need. I thrive on helping others find their inner strength, purpose, and focus.

While I love the work I do with all clients, I especially thrive when it comes to being about to bring a common faith into the dynamic. God's wisdom is universal. The truths behind some of our most effective clinical skill are found as principals in the Bible. I will prayerfully help you seek out God's healing and hope.

Kerri has been a much needed voice of reason and support and direction in the middle of the absolute worst time of my life. So thankful for her and Faithful Counseling.

Kerri has been a blessing to me! I look forward to our sessions each week! She is a counselor that cares so much about her clients and also wants the very best for them.

It's been only a few sessions, but working with Kerri has already lifted the weight of what I was bearing off of my chest. There's still work to be done and progress to be made, but I'm looking forward to working with her for as long as it takes!
