About Me

Are you overwhelmed? Is stress and worry impacting your life? How are you sleeping? Do past hurts, traumas, and broken relationships keep you woke at night? Are you misunderstood and judged, is your best not good enough? Do you long for relief from the pain of a broken heart? Well carrying the weight of unresolved issues has a negative impact on your present and your future. The hurt that's embedded deep in your heart may manifest in many ways such as anger, depression, isolation, anxiety, broken relationships, poor parenting, eating disorders, substance abuse, and much more. It's okay to seek help you're not weak; you're human.
My passion is healing broken hearts. I want you to release pain and begin healing. I want you to come to terms with painful experiences that you cannot face alone. I utilize Cognitive behavioral Therapy and Psychoanalytic therapy to help you overcome the limiting and often paralyzing beliefs that result from past hurts and trauma. I want you to live again!
My career is a call to serve. I have 18 years experience focusing on healing emotional and psychological wounds. I provide a safe place where you can expose your pain and problems through a heart-to-heart conversation. I offer therapeutic interactions that bring comfort, healing, and hope, for the future. I honor the opportunity to connect with you.
I welcome the opportunity to incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic process. I am a firm believer in the power of God to heal broken hearts, confused minds and past trauma. As I mentioned earlier my career is a call to serve and I draw my strength, wisdom, and my insight into the hearts of the people I serve directly from God. I have been a believer all of my life. I am the daughter, granddaughter, and sister of ministers of the Gospel; born and raised in the word of God. I am a vessel committed to being used by God to minister to his people through the healing arts.
