I have worked with clients that experienced depression, anxiety, stress, life changing events, grief /loss, anger management and career problems. I have worked in a faithful counseling setting for about 2 years. I have experience in working with individuals in Christian manor , exploring spirituality , and a biblically stand point to enhance your life.
My therapy style is meeting the client where they are, while providing a safe and respectful nonjudgmental environment. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focus therapy, person centered therapy. I will design your treatment plan to fit your need.
