I'm a National Board Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut.
I have over 20 years of experience helping people who have experienced physical trauma and
emotional abuse. I've worked with clients who have had a variety of concerns including anger,
anxiety, crisis, stress, loneliness, depression, parenting problems, family conflicts, employment
and school concerns.

My counseling style is friendly and interactive. I believe everyone has strengths and deserves
respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, pastoral
psychodynamic , solution-focused brief therapy and wellness coaching. I will tailor our dialog
and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
