We are all a world within, such world is unique to you and those around you! I love what I do and I love to assist people discover who they are. I am an expert in behavior, loss and trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my master’s degree in Counseling and guidance from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1999. My approach to therapy is eclectic taking into account your individual desires as well a your present situation.
One of my approaches is using personality tools to help you understand how you see the world and how the world sees you. Finding your place in the world and your purpose in life. Most of my career has been focused on trauma and loss, helping people define, process and integrate difficult life experiences in order to be able to move forward. The last 15 years I have worked with all the military branches Oconus and Conus. It takes courage to seek therapy, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
