I received my MDIV in 2009 at Wesley Biblical Seminary with an emphasis in Family Counseling. My primary modality for Faith-based Counseling is Christ-Centered Therapy. I provide Christian counseling to those individuals, families, and groups, to include children and youth who request it. Among the issues treated include depression, anxiety, stress related issues, relationship issues, social skills, self-esteem, and spiritual issues. My primary mode of Christian Counseling is Christ-Centered Therapy.
I am compassionate and considerate regarding the needs of all clients. I am goal oriented and inclusive of clients in the development of goals. I believe that the answers to many problems lie with clients, and I serve as a facilitator and change agent to help them discover the solutions to their own problems.
I focus on the strengths that clients bring to the table and thrive on helping them build on their strengths and learn how to maximize their potential. I take delight in helping clients help themselves.

Rev. Redding met me where I was and helped me see where I can be with the resources and counsel she provided. She answered questions and even used my journals to direct conversations in session. I highly recommend her
I’ve only had two sessions so far but they have been very successful.
Mary is awesome!! She is very knowledgeable in her field. She listens and offers great advice. I always look forward to our sessions. I will refer her to a friend in a heart beat.
Very well informed and easy to talk with.
