About me
I am now licensed in Oklahoma as well as in Texas where I gained more than 25 years of professional work experience in the mental wellness field. I have experience in helping clients know how to use their faith in dealing with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and topics of faith can be shared without fear of judgment. There are many ways in which to address how to take the Christian approach to mending or strengthening relationships and I won't push my interpretation of the Christian faith on you. I much prefer to help you apply your own faith to your relationships. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I hope you are proud of yourself for getting started!
