As your therapist, I will strive to work with you holistically by providing counseling services within a cognitive-behavioral, yet mindful perspective. I also recognize that eclecticism is necessary to develop a therapeutic approach that will work just for you. In addition, I will work within the boundaries of your individual beliefs, and no attempt will ever be made to impose a personal belief system.
