I feel that majority of my patients are quick to find that I am relaxed, calm and welcoming within the counseling experience. I am a liberal individual that is open to self-choice, one's interests, beliefs and values. My goal in counseling is support you, teach you, coach you and/or help advocate for you and your needs. Together we can work on finding techniques, interventions and a counseling style that fits your needs in order to fulfill your life with value and meaning.
Regards to availability, I try to respond to a message within 24 hours. The frequency of how often I am online in a day can vary. I am online 5 days a week, both weekdays and weekends. I am offline 2 days a week. When I am offline I am not available for sessions or responding to messages.
